Tetrazine peg tetrazine is a homobifunctional peg product.The biorthogonal reaction of 1,2,4,5-tetrazine with high tension cycloolefins such as small size cyclopropene and trans cyclooctene (TCO) has the fastest reaction rate without catalyst. It has been successfully used in antibody labeling and protein modification. Tetrazine series products include tetrazine amine, me tetrazine amine, DIPY tetrazine amine, DIPY tetrazine COOH, TZ peg COOH, tz-peg-nh2 and TZ labeled organic functional small molecules.
